Personal, meaningful and beautifully made - because every detail matters

In a world where so much is mass-produced, there’s something truly special about choosing hand-painted wedding signage. These bespoke pieces are more than just practical, they’re part of the experience, helping guide and inform your guests, while adding beauty and personality to your day.

Here’s why investing in hand-painted signage is always worth it.

A PERSONAL TOUCH THAT CAN'T BE REPLICATED

Each sign is lovingly painted by hand, using your wedding colours, wording, and theme. Whether it's your welcome sign, order of the day, or table plan, these pieces are tailored entirely to your vision. They’re not just informative - they’re a reflection of you as a couple.

Unlike pre-printed templates or digital downloads, hand-painted signage is completely bespoke - no two pieces are ever the same.

CRAFTED WITH CALLIGRAPHY, JUST FOR YOU

All of my signs are designed using my own hand-lettered calligraphy, painted directly onto materials like wood, acrylic, chalkboard, or painted backdrops.

Every brushstroke is done by hand - no vinyl, no shortcuts.

This level of detail adds a feeling of authenticity and craftsmanship that guests notice and remember. It also ties in beautifully with other stationery elements like your invitations or place cards, creating a cohesive and elevated look throughout your day.

A STYLISH WAY TO GUIDE YOUR GUESTS

Signage doesn’t just look beautiful - it’s also functional. From helping guests find their way around your venue to setting the tone for your ceremony or reception, these signs create a sense of calm and clarity.

Popular signs to include:

  • Welcome signs

  • Order of the day sign

  • Unplugged ceremony sign

  • Bar menus

  • Table plans

  • Table names or numbers

  • Directional signage

  • Smaller signage e.g Cake menu sign, loving memory sign, guestbook sign, photobooth sign... anything you need!

Because each piece is custom-designed, they fit seamlessly into your layout and aesthetic - no clashing styles, no last-minute printing.

A KEEPSAKE YOU'LL CHERISH FOREVER

So many couples tell me how emotional it feels seeing their signage come to life. After the wedding, many choose to keep their welcome sign or order of the day board as a keepsake to display at home. It’s a reminder of the day that started your next chapter - and because it’s hand-painted, it feels meaningful and one-of-a-kind.

By choosing a thoughtful quote on your welcome sign, it becomes a beautiful piece thay you can display in your home for years to come.

WHY BOOK EARLY?

Each piece of signage takes time, care, and craftsmanship to create, and I only take on a limited number of couples per month to ensure each wedding gets the attention it deserves.

If you’re planning a wedding during peak season, I always recommend reserving your date as early as possible.
