RETURNS POLICY

Due to all items being personalised, I do not accept returns.

This is with the exception of faulty items. In the unlikely scenario where you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can investigate. I will always try my best to resolve this and provide a replacement if possible, however please note this decision will be made at my digression. 

I do not take responsibility for any items that are damaged during shipping - all items are well packaged to protect them in transit. Whilst the packaging is not always pretty, this is the best way to ensure they arrive with you in a perfect condition. Please check all packages over for any noticeable damage before signing with the courier that you have received them.

If you do have any issues, please get in touch as soon as possible so I can try and work with you and the courier to resolve these issues.
